I love this song!
(Second time I write this post because it didn’t publish the first time!!!)
I just want to clarify that the posts that have been published about my diet is not a diet to lost weight. It is my daily intake of food, drinks, cigarettes, etc. This is the way I have been eating for years and I am well aware that it is not healthy. This journal allows me to view what I eat and note where I should make my changes. I am not willing to make a radical change but I am willing to change.
For instance, I have gone down from smoking a pack a day to smoking a pack every 3 days. I avoid drinking Pepsi (which I dearly love) with my meal, or have a diet pepsi instead (which I loathe). I have stopped drinking the Alaskan Milky Way at Caspers and replaced it with Fresh orange juice. I have stopped eating burgers at Johnny Rockets 4 times a week and am having it once every couple of weeks.
I am working on baby steps. I will change my eating habits and find what is best for myself. I, personally have felt that my eating habits have started to affect my health (I guess age is kicking in) and this is why I was motivated to make a change.
Since age has kicked in, and the fact that I have become less active, I have gained a lot of weight the past few months. If I don’t want to become obese I have to start watching what I eat.
Besides my eating habits, I am also trying to work on my sleeping habits. I am the type of person who stays up late (example: I was wide awake at 2am watching a movie when the earthquake occurred late last night). A couple of weeks ago, I managed to fix my sleeping habits for a few weeks during which I was sleeping at midnight and waking up at 7 but it has gotten all messed up again.
At 2 am I felt my bed shake for a good minute. The glass of water on my night table was shaking and moving. I got away from the window. It took me a while to figure out that this is an earthquake. Once it stopped, I got online to see if anyone who is awake felt it. No one had. I checked to see if anyone has reported anything and no one had.

1:30pm: 4 Mini burgers and french fries
3:00 pm to 7:oo pm: 3 cups of sugarless Turkish coffee

Smoking: 14 cigarettes throughout the day
Do you have a habit of naming some of your things?
For instance, my powerbook is called Lloyd. The reason I called it Lloyd is because it means grey, referring to the wise, respected, and sacred.
My car is called Calix. Calix means very handsome in Greek.
My mobile is called Rampurple which makes it easy for my friends to figure out on bluetooth.
Do most people do such things?

I have been gaining a lot of weight. Why? I’ve changed my eating habits/ timings and I barely move anymore.
I have decided it is time to lose weight. Ideally, I would like to lose 8 kg. I don’t have a target date or anything of the sort. I am just annoyed, frustrated, and disturbed with this excess weight.
I decided to post about my daily eating habits and diet progress since I would be too embarrassed to quit now that its publicized! lol
