Results:
I have lost a total of 3kg since I have started and I fit into jeans which I haven’t been able to wear for 4 months.
My feelings:
I am content. My target was to lose 4kg in one month so 3kg is not so bad. My objective was to eat healthier, live healthier… I am. I did not do a radical change, but the minor change I did make made a difference.

Last year I was doing my last year of high school and in that year I gained about 11 KG. All I used to do is just eat, study and do no activities, lol. Now most of my pants don’t fit on me.
I’m looking forward to losing some weight, without changing my eating habits! I don’t think I should lose a lot of weight though. What I want lose more importantly is my beer belly, lol. I didn’t change - and will not - my eating habits but try as much as possible to train & do a lot of activities.
So, how are you eating healthier and living healthier?

I’m trying to do that. But when I move I eat more. And when I don’t move I don’t have the willpower to resist junk food and snacks :/
