I plug it into the car all the time. I also have the arm band. Put it in there and do the work that needs to be done. Thing is I can't find decent headphones that I like. But my ears are small and I get really irritated right away. But I manage. I've bought like six pairs of headphones already and I'm ok with the current pair but they cost like 80 dirhams from duty free. Nano with 4 gigs is more than enough. I also feel you on the laptop thing and the viewing thing. Just need the damn thing for music. Besides, imagine listening to your music on the phone and then getting a call on the damn phone. You'd have to stop it all!! That's annoying if you ask me. So GO THE NANO WAY MY CHILD. VENTURE FORTH INTO THE WORLD OF NANOISM! I’m happy with my nano.
