U should reduce the cigarettes, Rita.. also turkish coffee’s bad.. go for some green tea:-) Coke, diet’s fine.. fried steak is awesome! Fresh orange juice don’t mix well with cigarettes.. ACIDS… Water? go for Evian or Volvic, not the Aquafinas (tap water)

Eliedh: I have been doing so. I posted my weight when I first started and thought it would be silly to post it everyday. I am still contemplating on whether I should have it as a weekly thing or simply post a change. I don’t expect a change yet since I am still working on changing my habits rather than on losing weight/fat.
Unfortunately, I have to join others in being a bit horrified by your diet. Whenever I want to get in shape, I start exercising first and within a couple of weeks, my body starts screaming for proper nutrients at proper intervals and in proper proportion. Obviously finding the time is always the problem, but you have the got the smartest, most efficient machine ever built. Why not use it?
