Tuesday 14th August
Weight: 65 KG
10 am: KDD Chocolate milk
10 am to 1pm: 2 cups of sugarless Turkish coffee
1:30pm: Turkey Panini sandwich (with light mayo) and diet coke
4:00 pm: A bit of Noir Orange Chocolate
3:00 pm to 7:oo pm: 3 cups of sugarless Turkish coffee
9:30 pm: Fresh orange juice
Nooooooo Nooooooooo Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!
Yes food that will inflate and make you fluffy
Thats a terrible diet .. your not getting enough calories and your body will go into starvation mode.If you manage to lose any weight on your current ‘diet’ .. the kgs will come running back if you eat anything normal.
My suggestion:
1. Ditch the coffee .. caffeine kills your metabolism
2. Have a real breakfast, (No pasteurized sugar milk)
3. Have a light dinner earlier.
Actually K this is how i usually eat. I just replaced coke with diet coke and milkshake with orange juice.
Oh and removed sugar from my coffee.
I did not eat that way coz i am on a diet :S
Your eating habits are crazy. You need to consult with a nutritionist. You are ruining your health. take care and look after yourself. What about excercise? You know how old i am(womt mention it again)but I still go to gym and walk a lot. About an hour at a time.
