Tiesto in Lebanon

Tiesto will be spinning tonight at Edde Sands in Jbeil, Lebanon. Jbeil is only a 20 minute drive away from Tripoli where Nahr El Bared is located. I was planning to traveling for this event but recent circumstances in Lebanon made me change my direction to Jordan on the 25th to attend Distant Heat.

Would there be a big turn-out in Lebanon tonight? I definitely think so. Facebook is full of groups and events regarding this event tonight. Last time Tiesto was in Beirut back in October 2005, over 16,000 people attended!!

Tonight, an after party will take place at Milk Club in Saifi (Beirut), Lebanon.

My son and daughter in law returned Sunday evening from a three day visit to Jordan. according to their reports,stunnung landscapes,amazing wadi’s replete with WATER! ” How did the Jordanians treat you?” I asked.

dude. last tiesto event was 6000 ppl not 16000. imean the forum cdnt even hold 16000 ppl anyways!

Dina: I read that off the news. I googled now and it still says 16 000.
Looking at the pics it looks like a lot more than 6000. The Digweed concert I went to in 2004 had around 4000 or 5000 people and they didn’t look so much plus we were only in half of Forum De Beyrouth.

actually 23,000 people attended… there were 5,000 on the streets outside cos there was no place inside….. AND WE MISSED IT RAM!!!!!

Fonzy: According to the above link, and a program I watched on Orbit yesterday they both stated full capacity is 18 000 + 5 000 who watched from the streets or the boats. (23 000 total)
Either ways, it was the largest concert in Lebanon which is surprising during these circumstances.
